What is Apostille Service?

Apostille Services allows a person to get a document such as birth certificate, background check, school transcript, etc to receive a certification specific to your state’s requirements to be used in another country.

What is Translation Service?

If you have a document in the English language, and need it in another language, such as Spanish, this service is what you will need.

What is Mobile notary Service?

If you want a document notarized in the comfort of your home or any place at your convenience you would contact our services, book an appointment, and a notary will meet you in person.

What is Estate Planning Service?

If you want to make final arrangements with your loved ones in regards to wills, trusts, finances, property, medical, etc you would select this service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you offer services before and after operation hours?

Yes, we require an additional $10 fee for morning appointments between the hours of 5am-7am. For after hour appointments between 7pm-9pm, the fee would also be $10.

Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, we require a deposit to book an appointment for all services, whether it’s a last minute request, or 24 hr or more in advance. We, Dynamic Mobile Notary, like to be respectful of each of our client’s time. So, we like to make sure that all our client’s are assisted in a timely manner.

Do you issue refunds for services?

In regards to deposits to book appointments, there are no refunds. As potential or booked clients do not call to cancel and or show up for booked appointments. However, when services are rendered to our clients, and if there is an error on our part. We will first offer to correct the error(s) free of charge. Or if a document cannot be corrected or replaced, we will issue a refund. We highly encourage you to check your availability before booking an appointment with us. We also request that before submitting the “service inquiry” form that you answer the questions and provide additional information if needed. You can also provide more detailed information over the phone about your services request(s). To help ensure there is clear communication of any questions or concerns you may have about your document(s). This will help eliminate any issues with services resulting in errors, etc.

If I do not have a witness, does your company provide one?

At this time, we do not provide witnesses if you should need a witness to sign your document(s). Documents typically require 1-2 witnesses if needed. A witness is required to be someone that personally knows you that is the age of 18 or older. The witness must have a valid ID, and be prepared to take an oath if the client has an expired ID. Please make arrangement before initiating services.
