We provide secure Remote Online Notarization (RON) services performed in compliance with Texas law. The notary remains physically located in Texas during all sessions.

$45 Base Fee
Includes:
- Required service deposit to reserve and initiate your RON appointment
- Debit/credit card payment processing fees
- Secure platform access required to conduct the online notarization session

⏱️ STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Appointments outside of standard hours are subject to additional fees.
➕ OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- Remote Witness: $30 per witness
- Early Morning: $25 (before 8:00 AM CST)
- After-Hours: $25 (after 5:00 PM CST)
🪪 REQUIRED BEFORE SESSION (RON ONLY)
📄 ID Upload
Government-issued ID must be uploaded before your appointment.
🔐 Identity Verification (KBA – Required by Law)
All RON sessions require successful completion of a third-party Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) process.
- Includes up to 2 verification attempts per session
- Each attempt has a 2-minute time limit
- If both attempts are unsuccessful, the session cannot be completed
- A new appointment and applicable service fee will be required to schedule a new session
📌 Important Notice About Identity Verification (KBA):
KBA questions are generated from public and financial records. Clients who have recently moved, changed financial institutions, or have limited credit history may experience difficulty answering verification questions accurately. This is normal and part of the identity verification process required by law, in compliance with Texas Secretary of State RON requirements.
📄 DOCUMENT UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS
- Upload PDF at booking (blank or pre-filled)
- Signature fields must remain blank
- Submission deadlines:
- Same-day: at least 4 hours before appointment
- Next-day: by the night before
🎥 DURING SESSION
The notary will conduct a live interactive session, which includes identity verification and confirmation of the signer’s willingness to sign and understanding of the documents.
📧 AFTER SESSION
Completed notarized documents are delivered electronically after the session is finalized.
