Service Overview:
Get your permit applications notarized quickly and securely from anywhere in Texas. This service is perfect for contractors, business owners, and individuals needing fast notarization without leaving home or office. Most sessions take 10–15 minutes.
Booking Instructions
- Document Upload Required – At booking, you must upload a completed or blank copy of your permit application.
- Same-day appointments: Completed documents must be submitted at least 4 hours before your scheduled session.
- Next-day appointments: Completed documents must be submitted the night before your session.
Signatures will be notarized during the live RON appointment.
- KBA (Identity Verification) & ID Upload – You may upload your ID and complete the knowledge-based authentication (KBA) questionsprior to your session—the night before or whenever is convenient.
- KBA questions typically cover personal history (previous addresses, residences, or employment), vehicle or property information, and other facts only you would know.
- During the session, you will have 2 minutes to answer 5 questions. You have 2 attempts; if unsuccessful, you may need to wait 24 hours before initiating another session.
- Completing KBA ahead of time helps ensure a smooth session.
- Script / Session Walkthrough – During the session, you will be guided through a brief script to review your document and notarization process. This ensures all signatures are properly witnessed and your permit application is notarized accurately.
- No Legal Advice – We do not provide guidance on completing the form. You are responsible for filling it out correctly.
- Black Ink Only – If handwritten, please use black ink for legibility. Typed forms are also acceptable.
- Appointment Deposit – A $15 deposit is required and applied toward your total fee.
- Additional Signatures / Documents – Additional signatures or documents may incur extra fees ($10 per additional signature).
- Client Acknowledgment – By booking, clients must acknowledge:
